Agentic Software Engineering
AI produces. The system verifies. You keep the authority.
UAIS builds products that connect AI agents to real software and business processes. Every task starts from a defined contract; critical actions pass through approval, results are independently verified, and decisions are recorded so they can be traced later.
- Contract-based operation
- Infrastructure free of vendor lock-in
- Scoped agent authority
- Independent production and review
- Controlled action via HumanGate
- Traceable decision and change record
Speed alone isn't enough.
AI can produce code, analysis, and content. In enterprise use, the real question isn't only what it produced — it's what context it worked from, what it was authorized to do, how its cost is managed, where its data ends up, and how the result was verified. UAIS closes that gap through the system's foundational contract, not through controls bolted on after the fact.
Context
An agent reads its task not from a single prompt, but from a defined scope, relevant data, and the record of prior decisions. Work doesn't proceed on missing or ambiguous context.
Authority
Every agent operates with authority scoped to its own task. A critical or irreversible action never runs without passing through a defined approval step.
Verification
The producer and the reviewer are never the same session. An output isn't considered delivered until it passes a test, an independent review, or a separate verification step.
Traceability
Which agent decided what, when, with what authority, and why is on record. A result must not only be correct — it must be explainable afterward.
A shared engineering discipline, products focused on different problems.
Nine products, built on a shared contract and discipline; each solves a different problem, and none depends directly on another's application code.
WAI
WAI stands the night watch.
Every event from your applications is classified, matched against history, and resolved on the spot when a known fix exists. What Sentry shows you, WAI takes care of — the same error never costs you a second shift.
Learn moreStudio
Agents write the software. You have the final word.
Studio clones a repository, analyzes it, and drives development tasks with AI agents. Every change passes through your approval gate; the whole process stays observable, and the decision ledger is always open.
Learn moreBaseApp
The base is locked. The horizon is open.
Every customer project starts from the same solid base: identity, permissions, tenancy, and UI infrastructure come ready. You write only the domain layer that describes your business; the base never changes, so quality stays guaranteed.
Learn moreBaseORM
Same input, same SQL. Every time.
BaseORM compiles queries deterministically: you define the schema, the engine derives safe, predictable SQL. Authorization filters are embedded in the query itself — unauthorized rows never reach your application.
Learn moreHRAG
The right retrieval for every question, automatically.
HRAG analyzes each query and routes it to vector, keyword, or knowledge-graph search — whichever will answer best. Quality measurement is built in: every method is continuously evaluated, and results come with evidence.
Learn moreRHAI
An assistant that finishes the job, not the sentence.
RHAI actually does your daily work: writes the email, arranges the calendar, runs the command. Every action passes through an approval gate and every decision lands in the ledger — you always draw the line of authority.
Learn moreClick
Right-click is an agent now.
Whatever is on your screen — a table, an error, an image — Click captures it and hands it to a fully equipped AI agent. You hit the shortcut, the work gets done; the app doesn't matter.
Learn moreAny
Define the interface once. Render it everywhere.
In Any, the interface is not code but a single verifiable JSON document. Web and Flutter render the same document — identical to the pixel; even AI agents create and edit interfaces through the same path.
Learn moreLUN
Producing is easy. Sealing is the difference.
In LUN, AI produces candidates; an independent judge verifies and seals them only when the evidence is complete. Every sealed atom of knowledge is identified and versioned — produced once, reused forever.
Learn moreNot a prompt. An auditable production line.
A task opens as a work packet with a defined scope and success criteria.
The agent carries out the work inside a workspace scoped to that task alone.
Every critical or irreversible action passes through a defined approval step.
The output is tested and reviewed by a separate session.
Every decision — approval and rejection alike — is written to an immutable ledger.
The verified change ships; the whole process stays traceable end to end.
The model can change. The engineering contract doesn't.
Model independence and cost management
The engineering contract isn't locked to a specific model; the contract holds even when the underlying model changes. Rather than depending on a single vendor, work is routed by price and performance, and caching strategies keep processing cost under control.
Determinism
The same input produces the same, auditable output wherever possible; randomness is minimized in critical decisions.
Least privilege
Every component runs with just enough authority to do its job, and no more.
Independent verification
The producer and the approver are separate; correctness is never left to the producer's own claim.
Versioned contracts
Interface, schema, and rule changes are versioned; backward compatibility is managed explicitly.
Observability
What the system did, when, and why is recorded in a way that stays open to later review.
Not every product is at the same stage — we show that plainly.
Products in UAIS aren't all at the same maturity level at the same time: some are in research and prototype, some are in internal use, some are pilot-ready. Product status and access model are marked to be updated as they get confirmed — a claim isn't published ahead of evidence.
Why does UAIS exist?
UAIS is an engineering discipline built so AI agents can work reliably on software development and business processes: it aims to preserve agent speed, human authority, and system verifiability at the same time. Products are built independently on top of this shared discipline.
