What is a pilot?

A pilot is how we evaluate a UAIS product together, in a defined scope and a real workflow, before it goes live. Scope, access boundaries, and success criteria are defined jointly before the work starts.

The product runs with authority defined and scoped to that pilot; the outcome is reviewed together, and the decision to continue is based on that review — not on assumption.
