UAIS

Frequently asked questions

The most common questions about UAIS.

What is UAIS?+

UAIS is a thinking AI team that starts from a single sentence and produces code, a presentation, visuals, or a report. Its structure — request analysis, team assignment, and production — offers the workflow closest to human reasoning.

Who can use UAIS?+

Anyone from individual creators to small teams, mid-sized companies, and enterprise organizations. Each plan is designed with a different scale and set of needs in mind.

How is UAIS different from ChatGPT?+

ChatGPT is a single model giving a single answer; UAIS is a matured result produced by multiple AI minds debating across rounds. Constitution binding and transparent process tracing are unique to UAIS.

What plans are available and how do they differ?+

There are three plans: air (quick start, template-based), studio (full mind team, output in any form), and studio max (team collaboration, enterprise scale, and priority support).

Air, studio, studio max — which should I choose?+

If you need a fast result on your own, air is enough; for complex, multi-step projects studio is the right fit; and if you are working with multiple people or have enterprise needs, studio max is the right choice.

What types of output can UAIS produce?+

Code, presentations (slides), visuals, video clips, and reports are the main output formats. Delivery can be made in whatever format your project requires.

How long does production take?+

It varies with the complexity of the request; a simple output can be ready in minutes while multi-stage projects may take several rounds. Progress is transparently traceable throughout.

How is my data protected?+

All data is transmitted encrypted and is never shared with third parties. The constitution ensures every production step complies with privacy rules.

What languages are supported?+

Turkish and English are fully supported. Other languages can be handled on request; the underlying models are capable of multilingual production.

How does billing work?+

It operates on a monthly subscription model; payment is taken securely through Stripe. Prices will be announced during the early access period.

Is there a refund policy?+

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, a full refund is issued. Details will be published in the terms of use released at the end of the early access period.

What does early access mean?+

It is the period when the product is tested with a limited number of people before opening to the general public. Early access users benefit from discounted pricing and priority support.

How do I join early access?+

Simply fill in the form on the page; you will be notified by email when your turn arrives. The list is kept limited.

Is it easy to cancel my subscription?+

Yes, you can cancel with a single click from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current period after cancellation.

Can UAIS give wrong answers? How do I verify?+

Every production step is transparently traceable; you can review the process step by step in summary, detail, or full-trace view. The constitution prevents inconsistent outputs from being delivered.

What is the constitution and why does it exist?+

The constitution is the set of principles that binds all of UAIS's production decisions. It is designed to ensure output remains reliable, consistent, and ethical.

Which AI models do you use?+

We are not tied to a single provider; we dynamically select the model best suited to the nature of each task. This model independence optimises the cost-quality balance.

Can I use the results commercially?+

Yes, all commercial usage rights for outputs produced by UAIS belong to you. The terms of use state this explicitly.

Do you issue invoices for customers in Turkey?+

Yes, Turkish invoices inclusive of VAT can be issued to individual and corporate users in Turkey. You can submit corporate invoice requests via the contact form.

Who can I contact for more information?+

You can fill in the form on the contact page or write directly to mehmet.ulutug@gmail.com. A response will be sent back as soon as possible.

UAIS Air

Can I submit apps built with Air to the app stores?+

Yes. Air produces a store-ready package for iOS App Store and Google Play. You can publish directly through your own developer account.

Do I own the generated code?+

Yes. All commercial and intellectual property rights to the code Air produces belong to you. This is stated explicitly in the terms of use.

What is the difference between Air and Studio?+

Air focuses on mobile app production: iOS + Android output, template-based quick start. Studio uses a multi-step mind team for creative projects and produces output in any form — code, deck, image or report.

UAIS Studio

What is the difference between Studio and Mega Studio?+

Studio is designed for individual and small team use. Mega Studio covers enterprise needs such as high concurrency, team collaboration, custom sector packages, and priority support.

Which AI models does Studio use?+

Studio is not bound to a single provider. It dynamically selects the most suitable model for each task — Anthropic Claude, models accessible through OpenRouter, and custom configurations based on task type.

What is the constitution and why does it matter?+

The constitution is the set of principles that binds all of Studio's production decisions. It ensures every output remains reliable, consistent, and ethical. It prevents surprising or inconsistent results and keeps work on the right track.

UAIS WAI

Can I self-host WAI?+

Yes. The Helm chart is available as open source (github.com/mehmetulutug/uais-wai). It can be set up with a single command on Kubernetes 1.27+, CNPG operator and NATS JetStream.

Which LLM does WAI use?+

Anthropic Claude (Opus + Sonnet) is used by default. Other models can be switched to via OpenRouter routing; a different model can be selected per doctor.

Should I drop Sentry?+

No. WAI can work alongside Sentry — just redirect Sentry's webhook to WAI. WAI is not the observation layer; it is the resolution orchestrator.

When will WAI be available as a SaaS?+

WAI is currently available as a self-hosted open source Helm chart. The managed SaaS version is on the 2026 H2 roadmap.

UAIS WES

Does WES run on-prem or in the cloud?+

Both. WES runs on-prem with a field edge architecture; if the cloud connection drops, the factory keeps running and syncs when connection returns. A central cloud dashboard is also available for multi-factory deployments.

My PLC system is older — can it be compatible with WES?+

Most likely yes. WES can communicate with older-generation PLCs over Modbus TCP. A free discovery call is available to assess the compatibility of your existing system.

How many weeks does installation take?+

Typically a few weeks depending on your warehouse topology and ERP integration requirements. Our ready-made ERP connectors significantly reduce installation time.

How does the rental model work?+

WES is offered on a monthly subscription or project-based licence. A custom offer is built based on factory size and integration scope; use the contact form for details.
